Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures
  • Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines
  • Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution
  • Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region
  • Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs), to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services
  • Support the HR Shared Services team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required

 

Here are the desired Skills and Experience…

 

  • Experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on HRMS Platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable
  • Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident, diplomatic, and tactful

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate with 3 - 5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment
