Job Description

Domain Expertise:

  • IT and Security Change Management (Implementing security-focused change initiatives across global organizations).
  • Stakeholder Engagement (Managing relationships with global IT managers, information security officers, and executive leadership).
  • Communication Strategy (Crafting clear, concise communication plans for security rollouts).
  • Training and Adoption (Developing training materials to support security initiatives and ensure user adoption).
  • Risk and Impact Assessment (Understanding the business and operational impacts of security-related changes).
  • Project Coordination (Managing large-scale security projects program, including planning, execution, and tracking).

Major Responsibilities:

  • Drive change management efforts within the Information Security Program, ensuring alignment with METRO’s global security strategy.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for major security rollouts.
  • Engage with global IT managers, information security officers, and leadership teams to promote security policies and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Create training materials to educate employees and stakeholders on new security policies and tools.
  • Monitor adoption and resolve resistance to security initiatives across various regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of security initiatives and policies.

 


Qualifications

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years in Change Management, with at least 5 years in large-scale IT or Security transformation programs. 
  • Overall experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong focus on Stakeholder Engagement, Communication, and Adoption Strategies for security initiatives.

Technical Skills/Certifications:

  • Prosci / APMG / ACMP Change Management Certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Basic knowledge of security concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
