Scope of work

Treasury-

1. Liaising with bankers for Forex conversion, timely payments, remittances etc
2. Cashflow statement preparation,
3. Fixed deposit planning, accounting entries etc
4. EDMPS closures etc

Monthly closing -

1. Passing month end entries in the system.
2. Balance Sheet Reconciliation
3. Document upload of ICF controls

Audit -

1. Providing the requirements of the statutory, Tax, TP audit etc
2. Preparing audit schedules, ITR and Tax audit utility filling.

Direct Tax -

1. Compute monthly TDS liability.
2. Quarterly Filing TDS returns 27Q and 26Q
3. Preparation of ETDS challans
4. Issuing of Form 16A to vendors
5. File correction statements for errors in the return.
6. Regularly monitor the TDS defaults on the TRACES website.
7. Making tax payments viz. TDS, PF, ESI, labor welfare fund etc.
8. Form 26AS reconciliation on Quarterly Basis

STPI Compliances -

1. Preparation and updating Bond Register every month.
2. Softex, SERF, MPR APR filing on monthly or annual basis.
3. Any other adhoc STPI compliances

• Intern CA preferably with 3-5 years of experience in overall finance and accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, should have work experience from working in an MNC.
• Must be self-motivating, hardworking, analytical, and proactive
• Must be Eye-for-detail, self-motivated, dependable & a team player
