Job Description
Metro DMS (Design and Media Solutions) group works within Metro GSC to centralize and streamline design and marketing services across the global organization. The primary focus of DMS is to provide high-quality, reliable, and innovative marketing solutions internally, ensuring that all regions and business functions benefit from a unified approach to branding and communication. Key responsibilities & accountabilities :
- Lead a team of designers and QAs that create production ready assets for digital and print media.
- Create templates and style guides as required for new projects
- Ensure adherence to existing templates and style guides by the team.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Mentor and guide team members in their work and social skills.
- Sets the bar for quality in the team.
- Everything is pixel sharp, perfectly aligned, and in line with the Design Principles and style guides.
- Influences the completeness of other projects.
- As people managers and strong designers, team Leads step into a strategic role for design and delivery. They are key partners in establishing and measuring the objectives for the team in a given geography.
- They are also responsible for building relationships across DMS and managing the performance and morale of their team members. Need to show empathy, care, motivation and help team members grow in their skills.
Qualifications
- Effectively communicate with client.
- Efficient time management and adherence to deadlines.
- Expert at working in a global team and communicate effectively.

- Able to guide and mentor other members in the team.
- Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency in quality and time.
- 5-7 years of experience working in a design/advertising agency creating production assets.
- Expert with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Expert of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and iconography for both print and digital media.
- Expert of digital and print media production requirements.
- Expert in Microsoft Office tools and file sharing applications.
- Experience in managing a team of designers is a plus
