Job Description
• Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel PHP framework and adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Design and implement database schemas, business logic, and RESTful APIs.
• Build reusable and modular components to ensure code reusability and maintainability.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability, ensuring fast load times and efficient data retrieval.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, identify, and fix bugs, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in PHP, Laravel, and related web technologies, and propose improvements to enhance development processes.
• Maintain and improve existing applications, identify areas for enhancement, and implement performance optimizations.
• Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and user guides for developed applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3+ years of experience in Laravel, including working with packages, services, and security components.
- Must have experience in Laravel framework best practices.
- Good Knowledge of OOP’s concept, Ajax.
- Strong knowledge of User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Knowledge of front-end libraries and frameworks, such as jQuery and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and experience with database integration in Laravel
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in designing and consuming them.
- Experience in handling third party API/services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, organized, and maintainable code.
- Knowledge of application deployment on cloud server.
- Knowledge of symfony will be big plus.
