Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) is internal solution partner for METRO, a €31 Billion international wholesaler with operations in more than 30 countries. The store network comprises a total of 623 stores in 21 countries, of which 522 offer out-of-store delivery (OOS), and 94 dedicated depots. In 12 countries, METRO runs only the delivery business by its delivery companies (Food Service Distribution, FSD). 

HoReCa and Traders are core customer groups of METRO. The HoReCa section includes hotels, restaurants, catering companies as well as bars, cafés and canteen operators. The Traders section includes small grocery stores and kiosks. The majority of all customer groups are small and medium-sized enterprises as well as sole traders. METRO helps them manage their business challenges more effectively. 

MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Düsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide HR, Finance, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. Job Description

SAP Rollout Administrator in the LUCA Transformation project plays an important role in supporting the rollout management team in all activities of the project towards success by managing its complexities and ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the transformation. This role involves close collaboration with all members of the LUCA project team and Rollout countries representatives to drive the LUCA transformation that meets business and technical requirements and delivers substantial business value.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management and Oversight: Support that the LUCA Rollout project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This includes driving crucial project processes, ensuring transparency, and coordinating with various stakeholders to manage the implementation phases.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with the LUCA central project team to drive the business transformation approach that aligns with the company's strategic vision .
  • Value and Impact Focus: collaborate with the project transformation office. This involves scoping the Rollout program effectively to focus on high-value areas and avoid low-value localizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate detailed reviews and decision meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the program team, external partners and Rollout countries. Prepare regular updates for stakeholders and senior management on Rollout project progress.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies together with the rollout managers. Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices .
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives, ensuring timely alignment with key decisionmakers to secure organization-wide buy-in.

Qualifications

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Experience: Proven track record (at least 3-5 years) in a support function for project Rollout management, preferably with experience in largescale finance transformation projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence). SAP experience and understanding of core FI business processes.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Leadership: Capable of working within multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Ability to drive

Additional Information

  • Experience with multinational teams is a plus.
  • S/4 HANA Financial consultant experience is a plus.
  • Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken).
