Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RPA Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation team. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of next-generation robotic process automation solutions that leverage AI, LLMs, and Agentic Automation to streamline and transform business operations. 

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, architect intelligent solutions, and implement scalable automations that drive measurable efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, and AI-integrated frameworks. 

• Integrate RPA with AI Agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude to enable decision-making, exception handling, and contextual automation. 

• Design and implement Agentic Automation architectures, ensuring seamless collaboration between bots, APIs, and AI components. 

• Work hands-on with Google Vertex AI, AI Studio, or similar cloud AI platforms to build, test, and deploy intelligent components for automation workflows. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, aligning them with business goals and digital transformation roadmaps. 

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable RPA bots using best practices, modular design, and exception handling. 

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RPA developers and analysts, ensuring adherence to development standards, secure design principles, and quality assurance. 

• Perform process assessments and feasibility analyses to identify AI-augmented automation use cases. 

• Conduct performance optimization and continuous improvement reviews of deployed bots and AI integrations. 

• Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and AI teams to ensure integration, security, and compliance across systems. 

• Utilize SQL scripting and database knowledge for data extraction, transformation, and validation within automation workflows. 

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in RPA, AI, Agentic Automation, and Generative AI technologies to continuously evolve the automation strategy. 

• Prepare and deliver project updates, presentations, and technical documentation to leadership and stakeholders. 

Preferred Skillset: 

• Experience with Agentic or AI-powered Automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath AI Agent, Gemini API integrations). 

• Exposure to Machine Learning, NLP, or Cognitive Automation use cases. 

• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for automation deployment and monitoring. 

• Understanding of data governance, API integration, and AI ethics frameworks.

Education:

Experience: 

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or solution design role. 

• RPA certification – UiPath Certified RPA Developer / Advanced Developer (preferred). 

• Strong expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath and/or Power Automate. 

• Proven hands-on experience in AI integration within automation workflows — e.g., invoking APIs from LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). 

• Experience in process automation, workflow orchestration, and business process re-engineering. 

• Familiarity with cloud AI services such as Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, etc. 

• Strong SQL and scripting skills (Python, VB, JavaScript, or PowerShell) for data handling and workflow automation. 

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies and automation lifecycle governance. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Ability to lead a cross-functional automation team, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions.
