Key responsibilities

• Writing automated test scripts with the aid of test tools using TOSCA
• Creation of Test Cases with Tosca and UiPath and reporting to client.
• Testing software – web applications / applications against the system requirements and specification requirements including strong knowledge in REST API testing
• Working closely with the internal and external design/test teams in identifying problems
• Document identified problems with enough detail and in a manner that supports resolution
• Produce periodic status and operational reports
• Extensively worked on different types of test automation frameworks
• Investigating and analyzing issues and clearly able to distinguish the problems as applications and automation script failures.

Required:

A minimum of 2 to 4 years (with at least 1 year of automation) testing experience with a significant focus being on test automation engineer on software implementation projects/web applications using TOSCA automation tools & UiPath as an added advantage.

• Test Automation: Experience in developing and implementing automated test cases for functional and regression testing.
• Bug Tracking Tools: Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar for defect management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and fix issues related to automation scripts.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting test results and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies and test processes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills for identifying defects and ensuring test accuracy.
• Manual Testing: Perform detailed manual testing on web  applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and overall performance.
• Test Case Creation & Execution: Develop, review, and execute test cases based on requirements and project specifications.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression tests to ensure new changes do not affect existing functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, Offshore team and product managers to understand requirements and validate test cases.
• Test Documentation: Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and other relevant documents.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final product is of the highest quality by verifying functionality, user experience, and performance against requirements.
• Communication: Effectively communicate test results, issues, problem statement and feedback to the development team and stakeholders.
• AS1, AS2, TDS1,TDS2,SAP,AE1 certificates.

Good To have :

• Experience: At least 6 months or 1 year of hands-on experience in UIPath automation testing and developing test scripts.

• UIPath Knowledge: Strong understanding of UIPath Studio, UIPath Orchestrator, and automation workflows.
• Scripting Skills: Ability to write and maintain scripts in UIPath, with knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as VB.NET or C#.
