MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Düsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. • Understanding the customer’s requirements and developing the output based on set templates and customer’s needs.
• Developing a high-quality output keeping time and production constraints in mind.
• Basic media and video editing
• Should be comfortable in working with foreign languages and foreign customers.
• Preparing mockups and presenting to customers before deciding on a final design/concept, when a new layout is requested.
• Collaborating with team members to develop the different output types.
• Adhering to the customer’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Being a keen learner to try new tools/ideas to help increase efficiency of the design process.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about ideas, progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Doing a self-review of all output to ensure that it meets highest quality standards and follows all graphics standards before being sent for internal quality checks.
• Ability to multi-task i.e. work on multiple outputs at the same time and should have the ability to work under time constraints.
• Taking complete ownership of the deliverable from inception to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 year of graphical experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Sketching/Digital illustration would be added advantage.
• Good with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, TEAMS etc.).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and the customer.
• Mindful of customer’s needs and the time associated with what is being delivered.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and understanding of graphic design principles (even personal projects or coursework).
