Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  Able to manage and lead team size of 20 – 25 consultants

•  Understand Org level KPI and develop team level KPI to accelerate adherence of Org KPIs

•  Create monthly / weekly reports to monitor team / individual KPI adherence and performance

•  Set-up, maintain and ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

•  Take up additional projects as project managers as and when required

•  Drive efficiency in tandem with increase in solution quality and documentation

•  Provide technical support to team as and when required

•  Provide standby or back-up support whenever required

•  Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

 

Required Functional Skills:

•Atleast 10 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HR ABAP

•Should have managed atleast 20 direct reportees and responsible for their performance evaluation process.

•HR ABAP coding skill is a must

•Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus


Qualifications

•Any Graduation  or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree

•B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)

•Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
