Senior RPA Developer operationally responsible to manage the technical automation Solution. Responsible for developing, testing and maintaining solution with established processes by conducting analysis, eliciting requirements, assisting in design, writing correct and clean code leveraging best practices. This role also acts as the scrum master of the development team and provides code review for developed components and processes. Responsible for defining and managing solutions for the Hyper-automation projects along with Team Lead of Intelligent Automation team.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as point of contact for the Team lead to receive information on technological aspects, standards and further development related topics; on the other hand, provides updates from developer perspective on these topics
• Responsible for providing technical guidance during the implementation of automation solutions (document creation & development)
• Acts as an SME on development best practices and Automation lifecycle
• Manages and organizes developers scrum procedures and tracks overall progress
  • Planning of agile procedures and development cycles, as well as reviews
  • Managing daily stand-ups
  • Oversees the status of tasks and epics in Jira and ensures regular update of the same by the country / businesses team members
• Closely aligns with Automation Team Lead on the realization of standards and governance within the country / business and on the resource planning for development
• Review and sign-off of Automation SDD
• Technical Design Document creation along with the Team lead
  • Solution Architect can be requested to support on a case-by-case basis
• Ensuring use of reusable codes to improve the quality and implementation speed of automation solutions
• Remain up to date on product releases, roadmap and act on them

• Min 5-7 years of experience in Automation delivery, esp. development and testing (UiPath)
• Basic knowledge of other technologies like SQL, VB scripting, Java Scripting, Python etc.
• Understanding long term stability and effectiveness of automation solutions
• Extensive experience in the UiPath automation lifecycle
• Extensive experience on Scrum / agile leading principles (preferably certified scrum master)
• Experience in integrating different applications using web services or Rest APIs etc.
• Experience on infrastructure models like VMs, Servers etc.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to communicate information effectively to both technical and non-technical people
• Professional certificate in Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is required
• Should be flexible, self-driven, detail oriented and shall deliver timely without reminders
