1. Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning: Proficient in leading data science projects, with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data engineering practices, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Services: Develop and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) on GCP, utilizing services like Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines for training and deploying generative AI models.
- Build and maintain APIs and microservices for integrating generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance.
- Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and uncover insights that drive business strategies and optimizations.
- Technical Mentoring: Ability to provide technical mentorship to data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers, through 1-1 coaching sessions as well as team sessions to enhance their technical skills.
- Other Tools: Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
2. Non-technical Skills
A. Leadership and Team Management: Skilled in managing team performance, optimizing team utilization, and planning team capacity across various engagements. Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment.
B. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both the leadership and team members. This includes articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and conveying project expectations and feedback effectively.
C. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven record of making informed decisions based on data and team inputs.
D. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for work within India (to Pune/Bengaluru) and to Europe as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep learning, generative AI concepts and techniques (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
- Experience with data pipelines and data engineering. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with prompt engineering.
- Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices.
- Experience with building chatbots, or other conversational AI products
