User Access Management, Authorization & Audit – Team Leader

Responsible for the operation of compliance related tasks , SAP Security (Authorization) & GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance), User Administrations/Management, ticketing, designing authorization concept and tracking processes and steer escalations if needed, build up and assign team members to incoming tasks, surveillance and monitoring of team education and performance, Evaluate and prioritize problems, complaints and service requests and formulate plans of resolution and most importantly steering the Year End Closing external audit topics

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP Security (Authorization) & GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) handling User Administration in SAP & NON-SAP Applications along with strong internal/external audit experience candidate

Candidates should possess a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience in User Administration specially around compliance & audit topics,

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate experience in leading UAM audit control initiatives, authorization concept design and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills, project management experience, and familiarity with GRC tool and frameworks are also required.
This level of experience ensures that the candidate can effectively manage complex authorization concept in METRO environments including S4/HANA and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the organization.
