Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily operations of NON-SAP Applications.
  • Providing deep technical support and consulting on User Access Management and authorization-related topics
  • Achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
  • Addressing and resolving UAM-related incidents and security breaches promptly
  • Maintain and update processes flows and procedures/documentation.
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the UAM requests processing.
  • Educating users and stakeholders about UAM processes and best practices
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints related to authorizations as specified by relevant service level agreements
  • Timely updating/informing the Lead/Manager on queries and complaints.
  • Support in External & Internal Audit.

Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant job experience

Understanding and knowledge of technical system specially MS, Oracle & Java

  • Hands of experience on different user creation/maintenance/ role analysis
  • Understanding of UAM systems, ERP systems and related technologies
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve access-related issues.
  • Ensuring accuracy in user roles and access permissions
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Adjusting to new tools, systems, and processes as needed
  • Knowledge of compliance topics and audit requirements
  • Working knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SOD) and understanding the security concepts.
